Processing Time:
We take 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 10-12 business days for custom orders in Domestic Shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Free domestic shipping is offered to customers based on the standard shipping method above an order of INR 15000; for international, the additional shipping cost will be charged below the order value of $500.
Delivery Time:
Delivery takes 5-10 days for available listed products and 15-20 days for custom handcrafted items. For international shipping it might take 12-20 days for custom products.

Packaging:
Jewelry is packed in a zipper inside a branded case. To protect the product's longevity, please keep it inside the plastic zipper after use and store it in the box afterward.
Return Policy
NO RETURNS ON PURCHASED ITEMS OF FINAL SALE.
Exchanges:
We provide a warranty of more than five years on the longevity of our jewelry and handwork and can exchange your purchase within five years at up to 50% of the sale value.
